When using the Green By Design (“GBD”) Floral Stylist website and online shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind orders. Refunds will be provided where we are required to under the Australian Consumer Law.

Deliveries

We do not take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses or lost items. If the recipient cannot be located or contacted, the item will be left in a safe place if possible, unless you advise otherwise prior. If a safe place cannot be located, it will be returned to the GBD studio and you will be informed.

Privacy Policy

We place high value on maintaining your privacy. We will not lease, rent or sell your private information. When we collect, store and use your personal information, we do so in accordance with the rules set down in the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We ask for personal information such as address, email and phone numbers in order to communicate effectively throughout the ordering process; and for accounting and delivery purposes. By providing personal information to us, you consent to us collecting, holding, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
